Our technology

Built for each claim type. Held to one standard.

Every X15 business runs on technology we build for its claim type. Each build is shaped around the vertical, the evidence that claim needs and how sensitive its data is. Underneath, every build follows the same standard for consent, evidence, audit and reporting.

What every build includes.

The screens differ from one claim type to the next. These four parts don’t.

01

Capture

Identity, documents, signed consent and photographs captured in person or online, offline if needed, and tied to the consultant who took them.

02

Criteria

Each partner firm’s acceptance criteria written as rules. A claim that fails is never referred; one that passes shows exactly which checks it met.

03

Consent and evidence

Privacy notice shown, consent recorded with time and method, documents indexed to the claim and retained to the schedule agreed with your firm.

04

Reporting

Placements, pipeline, rejected files with reasons, weekly reports and the quarterly review pack.

Why it matters

Built around the claim, not the other way round.

Different claims need different evidence, different questions and different levels of care with personal data. Building for each claim type means clients are asked only what matters, and partner firms receive exactly what their criteria require.

A build for each claim type, vertical and level of data sensitivity
One consent trail per claim, whether it started online or in person
Duplicate and suppression checks on every claim
An audit trail for every change, by whom and when
