How we use personal data.
This notice explains how X Fifteen Ltd (“X15”, “we”) collects and uses personal data. We are the data controller for the information described here, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number ZC060311.

Clients
When you speak to an X15 consultant, in person or online, we collect the details needed to check whether a partner law firm can help you, such as your name, contact details, address, identity documents and the documents relevant to your claim. We only refer your details to a partner law firm with your consent, and we record when and how you gave it. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in running and evidencing that process.
Law firms and business contacts
If you contact us or request a call, we use your name, work email, firm, job title and anything you tell us to respond and to manage our relationship with your firm. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running our business.
Candidates
If you apply for a role, we use your details to assess your application, arrange calls and interviews, carry out right-to-work and identity checks, and prepare for your start. Our lawful bases are taking steps to enter into a contract with you, our legal obligations and our legitimate interests.
Who we share data with
- The partner law firm your claim is referred to, with your consent.
- Service providers who host and process data for us under written agreements.
- Regulators, courts and law enforcement where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, and for any period agreed with a partner firm or required by law. Records of consent are kept so that we can evidence them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Email privacy@x15group.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
