What we collect

Depending on who you are, this may include your name, contact details, address, details relevant to a potential claim, photos and documents you provide, and records of our conversations with you. For applicants, we collect the details you send us and notes from our conversations.

How and why we use it

• To assess whether you may have a claim and, with your agreement, refer you to a partner law firm (legitimate interests and your consent to the referral).
• To manage our relationships with partner firms (legitimate interests and contract).
• To process job applications (legitimate interests and steps before entering into a contract).
• To respond to enquiries and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share claimant data only with the partner law firm you have agreed to be referred to. We also use trusted service providers, such as IT and hosting providers, who process data on our behalf under contract. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. Unsuccessful job applications are usually deleted after six months.

Your rights
