Field Sales Consultant

Meet people face to face, explain how a claim works in plain English, and start their case properly. You’ll be fully trained before you meet a single client.

The job.

You work a planned area with your team leader, speaking to people face to face about a type of claim they may be able to make. You explain the process, answer questions, and if they want to go ahead and they meet the partner firm’s criteria, you capture their details, ID and consent on the app. You don’t give legal advice and you don’t promise outcomes. The partner law firm takes it from there.

A typical day

Morning check-in with your team leader: your area and plan for the day
Client conversations, with breaks planned in
Every conversation logged in the app, including the no
End-of-day quality check and a look at tomorrow’s plan

What we’re looking for

You like talking to people and you listen more than you talk
You can explain something clearly and honestly, and take a no with grace
Reliable, organised and comfortable out and about in all weathers
A full UK driving licence is a plus
No sales experience needed. The Academy covers the rest.

What you’ll never be asked to do

Pressure anyone, or contact them again without consent
Say a claim is certain, or quote compensation figures
Buy your own leads
