For law firms

Planned volume. Complete files. One named person.

What a partner firm gets from X15 Group, how the first ninety days run, and the questions firms ask before they sign.

What you get.

01

Volume you can plan around

A monthly plan by claim type and area, agreed in writing, with the activity behind it reported every week.

02

Files that meet your criteria

Your acceptance rules built in and applied before referral. Identity checked, evidence attached, consent signed.

03

A named account manager

One person who owns the relationship, plans the volume, reports weekly and sits in the quarterly review.

04

Clear reporting

Placements, pipeline and rejected files with reasons, every week, with a fuller review pack each quarter.

05

Compliance you can show

Consent trail, audit log and data sharing agreement, ready for your own regulator and your own insurer.

06

Access to the whole group

One agreement covers every X15 business, so adding a claim type is a conversation, not a new procurement.

The first ninety days.

From a first call to a steady volume plan. Timings are typical and depend on your criteria and the areas you want covered.

Weeks 1 to 2

Criteria and agreement

Your acceptance criteria written down, and the partner agreement and data sharing agreement signed.

Weeks 3 to 4

Set-up and training

Criteria built into the technology for your claim type, evidence list set, consultants trained and assessed.

Weeks 5 to 8

First placements

Activity starts against a pilot plan. Every file reviewed with you, and criteria adjusted where needed.

Weeks 9 to 13

Steady state

Monthly volume plan agreed, weekly reporting running, first quarterly review booked.

Questions firms ask before they sign.

Who are your other partner firms?

We keep our partner relationships confidential, and we extend the same discretion to every firm we work with.

How is X15 paid?

On terms set out in the partner agreement, structured to comply with the rules that apply to each claim type.

Do you give clients legal advice?

No. X15 is a sales and marketing company. Our consultants explain the process and collect information. Any advice on the claim itself comes from your firm, and we tell clients that.

What happens to a file you reject?

It is not referred. The client is told, their data is handled under our retention policy, and the reason is logged. You see rejected counts and reasons in the weekly report.

Can we audit you?

Yes. Audit logs, consent records and training records are available to partner firms, and the agreement provides for an annual review.

What if we want a claim type you don’t cover?

That’s how new X15 businesses start. See how a new business is launched on the Our businesses page.

Are you registered?

X Fifteen Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, ZC060311. X15 is a sales and marketing company and does not provide legal advice. Every claim is assessed and handled by the independent, regulated law firm it is referred to.

Thirty minutes with an account manager.

We’ll show you how your criteria would be applied, what a file looks like when it reaches you, and how we’d plan volume for your firm.
